Owner is out of this world nice! Very accommodating. Im in between homes and have had to stay over a month. This guy has made my stay comfortable. Rooms are a bit rundown but plenty of hot water, super comfortable bed and NO bugs! Full sized refrigerator. Live out of a microwave... Near in-between everything in St. Pete.
This place is very cozy and feels like home. The bed's are so comfortable, Very clean rooms, Shower is hot and refreshing. Landscape is beautiful. Manager goes above and beyond to help make sure your comfortable and you have have everything you need. He is so sweet with a beautiful smile. This place is well worth the stay. Small and a little outdated (obviously it's an older property) but very clean and well kept. We were very grateful for this place seeing how my friend had to evacuate because of Hurricane Mathew. Management was very kind to her and very accommodating. Yes it is cash only but it was fine since we knew in advance.
